Hello! My name is Julia, and I am part of the Recovery Love and Care, LLC team and provide virtual coaching services to those looking for extra support in their Eating Disorder Recovery or looking to finding a healthier relationship with food, fitness, and their bodies!

I am a trained Eating Disorder Recovery Coach under the Recovery Love and Care, LLC training curriculum. I am fully recovered from my Eating Disorder and I am passionate about educating others on the harms of diet culture veiled in “wellness culture.” I work from a Health At Every Size perspective, and will help each client work through their own unique process of Eating Disorder Recovery. I will help YOU find body acceptance, and live an active lifestyle that is intuitive to your health. Everyone deserves to feel happy and strong in their bodies, and I am here to help you find that!
