I provide virtual coaching services to those looking for that extra support in their Eating Disorder Recovery and body-confidence journey!

I am a trained Eating Disorder Recovery Coach under the Recovery Love and Care, LLC training curriculum and I am fully recovered from my Eating Disorder! I work from a Health At Every Size perspective, and will help each client work through their own unique process of Eating Disorder Recovery. I will help YOU find body acceptance, and live an active lifestyle that is intuitive to your health. Everyone deserves to feel happy and strong in their bodies, and I am here to help you find that!

What Does Recovery Coaching Entail?

  • Weekly 45 minute, virtual face to face session with ME
